| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma Sivas İl Merkezi'ndeki lokantalarda çalışanlar içinden basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 108 kişide uygulanmıştır. Alınan kan örnekleri Brucella aglütinasyon yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Bu değerlendirme sonucunda 108 çalışanın üçünde (%2.8) Brucella seropozitifliği saptanmıştır. Yaş ve işte çalışma süresi ile Brucella seropozitifliği arasında bir ilişki saptanmamıştır (p> 0.05). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was made on 108 subjects selected by simple random sampling from restaurant workers in the Sivas City Center. The blood samples were evaluated with Brucella agglutination. As a result, in 3 (2.8%) of 108 subjects Brucella seropositivity was found. There was no relationship between age, months/years spent in the job and Brucella seropositivity (p> 0.05). | en_US |
