Cemaleddin Afgani’nin Modern İslam Siyaset Düşüncesi

Abstract

Yenilikçi hareketin liderlerinden biri olan Cemaleddin Afgani, İslam ülkelerinde bu yenilikçi arayışın vücuda geldiği dönemde ortaya çıkan önemli bir şahsiyettir. Afganistan, İran, Türkiye ve Mısır’ında aralarında yer aldığı pek çok İslam ülkesine gitmiş olan Afgani, buralarda tecdid mücadelesinde bulunmuştur. Ortaya çıktığı çağın siyasî ve sosyo-kültürel yapısı irdelendiğinde kimi radikal çıkışlarda bulunan Afgani, gittiği coğrafyaların fikir ve eylemleri üzerinde önemli etkiler bırakmıştır. Afgani’nin düşüncelerine dair belirli dönemlerde siyasi güruhlar tarafından siyasî tercihler açısından olumlu veya olumsuz bir şekilde görüş değerlendirmeleri olmuşsa da bilimsel anlamda hala tam bir netlik söz konusu değildir. Bulunduğu coğrafyalardaki siyasi liderlerle fikri anlamda ters düştüğü için onun fikir ve önerileri tam olarak hayata geçirilmemiş olmakla birlikte nedenleri yeterince tartışılmamıştır. Ancak her türlü engele rağmen hayatının son yıllarına kadar mücadelesini devam ettirmiştir. İslam ülkelerinde yenilikçi hareketin tutunabilmesi ve yaygınlaşabilmesinin dinin doğru anlaşılması ve doğru yaşanmasıyla mümkün olabileceğin, bunun da önce eğitim yoluyla gerçekleşebileceğinin farkındadır. Bu nedenle dinî, fikrî ve siyasî düşüncelerini genelde dinle ve eğitimle ilişkilendirmek veya temellendirmek ihtiyacı hissetmiş ve bu hissedişini ifadelendirmiştir.

Cemaleddin Afghani, one of the leaders of the innovative movement, is an important figure that emerged in the period when this innovative search came in Islamic countries. Afgani who has gone to many Islamic countries, like Afghanistan, Iran, Turkey and Egypt took part in tajdid struggle there. When the political and socio-cultural structure of the era in which it emerges is examined, the Afghan, which is in radical exits, has had a significant impact on the ideas and actions of the geographies he went to. Alyhough there were some positive or negative point of views made by political figures interms of political choises in certain, periods, there is still no scientific clarity. His ideas and suggestions were not fully implemented and also they weren’t discussed enough. As his ideas and ideas were contradictory with the political leaders in their geographies. However, despite all obstacles, he continued to struggle until the end of his life. He is aware that the fact that the innovative movement can be held and spread in Islamic countries and he is also aware that it can happen only with education through the correct understanding and experience of religion. For this reason, he felt the need to relate or base his religious, intellectual and political thoughts on religion and education and expressed his feelings.
