Laparoskopik kolesistektomilerde, postoperatif ağrı tedavisinde torakal epidural analjezi ile intramusküler petidinin karşılaştırılması
Abstract
In this study, postoperative analgesic effectiveness of intramuscular pethidine and combination of morphine and bupivacaine via thoracal epidural catheter was compared in laparoscopic cholecystectomy cases and also their effects on intestinal motility were investigated. The VAS (Visual Analog Scale) values in the first group were lower than of the second group (p<0.05). In addition requirement of analgesic was also lower in the first group (p<0.05). In the first group intestinal peristaltism appeared earlier than of the second group (p<0.05). Combination of morphine and bupivacaine via epidural catheter is an effective method for postoperative analgesia, and recovery of the intestinal peristaltism to normal is earlier.
