Abstract

Barsak perforasyonu ciddi mortalite ve morbiditeye neden olabilen durumlardandır. Rektum perforasyonu olan hastalarda barsak çevresi serbest hava görülmesi ile tanı konulabilir. Nadir olarak rektum perforasyonu cilt altına açılarak atipik prezentasyonda gelebilmektedir. Biz acil servise kalça ve uyluk ağrısı şikâyeti ile başvuran rektum kanseri tanısı olan hastada rektum perforasyonu olgusu sunumunu yapmaktayız

Bowel perforation is one of the conditions that can cause serious mortality and morbidity. In patients with rectal perforation, the diagnosis can be made by the presence of free air around the intestine. Rarely, perforation of the rectum can be opened under the skin and present in an atypical presentation. We present a case of rectal perforation in a patient diagnosed with rectal cancer who applied to the emergency department with hip and thigh pain complaints
