Interest in medicinal and aromatic plants is increasing day by day. Today, medicinal and aromatic plants; It is used in many fields such as food, perfumery, cosmetics, medicine, textile, spice, paint and pesticide. It is also known that medicinal and aromatic plants have been used in the prevention and treatment of diseases since ancient times. Prostate cancer is the second most common type of cancer in men. In this respect, early diagnosis and diagnosis of prostate cancer becomes important, and it becomes important to investigate different treatment methods. Research caper (Capparis spinosa L.), carob (Ceratonia siliqua L.), hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna L.), quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa L.), rosehip (Rosa canina L.), golden grass (Helichrysum arenarium L.), mallow (Malva parviflora L.), stevia (Stevia rebaudiana L.), gojiberry (Lycium barbarum L.), coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) plants. The chemicals contained in the studied plants will be determined from the results of GC-MS. These chemicals will be compared for their activities against prostate cancer proteins (Protein Data bank ID: 3RUK, 6XXP, 3A99, 3G1R, 2AMA and 3EQM) by molecular docking calculations. Molecules with high activity will compare with the reference molecule. Afterwards, ADME/T properties of highly active molecules will be examined.tr
