dc.description.abstractAlthough the role of entrepreneurship has been recognized by societies throughout history, the role of intrapreneurship in existing businesses is a relatively new phenomenon. Especially in recent years, with the acceleration of fierce competition, globalization and technological changes, many organizations have turned to intrapreneurship to maintain their competitive advantage and grow (Naktiyok, 2004). Intrapreneurship is a critical process that enables organizations to acquire new talents, improve their performance, survive recession and expand into new markets. The complexity of today's business world and the intensity of competition force organizations to be more flexible, innovative and open to change. Intrapreneurship increases the innovative potential for organizations and is the key to competitive advantage in changing business environments. Strategic leadership behaviors are a critical factor for organizations and can encourage or limit intrapreneurship. Studies have shown that Transformational leadership has a direct and indirect positive impact on intrapreneurship (Farrukh et al., 2019). Farrukh also examined the impact of transformational, authentic, 443 FULL TEXTS BOOK INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON ADVANCED RESEARCH AND APPLICATIONS and managerial leadership on intrapreneurship behavior in higher education institutions, highlighting the role of different leadership styles in shaping intrapreneurship. (Farrukh et al., 2019). Transformational leaders contribute by setting creative role models, providing intellectual stimulation and challenging employees to adopt innovative solutions in their work (Chang et al., 2017). Additionally, it has been determined that transformational leadership supports intrapreneurship behavior by encouraging innovative work behavior and psychological empowerment. Nitrile gloves, which are all imported in our country, have become even more important, especially during the pandemic period. Estaş realized this deficiency throughout the country and decided to invest in nitrile glove production. Nowadays, when the industry is developing and working conditions are harsh, workers in almost every sector are required to use personal protective equipment and work clothes. In addition to protecting the health and safety of workers, as they spend an average of 8 hours a day with this protective equipment, it should also be comfortable, easy to use and suitable for their body characteristics. The most important thing is that it does not restrict its movements, which is of great importance. In this study, local and national nitrile glove production line investment and transition to production activities and prescription determination studies were carried out for the production of nitrile gloves. It was aimed to observe the effects of using chemicals in increasing and decreasing rates on the durability, strength, chemical permeability, impermeability and physical test properties of the glove. The production recipe was prepared with the determined optimum values.tr
